Vienna Handyman Services was started in 2002 by David Hibbs, Jr.  After over 15 years in the trades, David brought to fruition his dream that a small company would provide the Vienna area with affordable home repair services without jeopardizing craftsmanship and service.  "We provide what our clients want--security, integrity and quality."
